PRIVATE HOUSE

This is the renovation of a house of the ‘70s in which there were no valuable architectural features, so that it was possible to fully reinterpret the spaces in a contemporary way.

The regular volumes, characteristic in the architecture of that periode, are cut by walls in order to create scenes that make the the sequence of spaces less predictable.
Great importance has been given to material choices, such as concrete and metal, and to the hidden and minimal lights, in order to recreate the mood of a contemporary loft, so much desired by the property.

The added value of this house is the huge garden, which also became part of the architectural design and of the the scenography, through the restyling of materials, lights and green.
